All the prices on this website include postage and packing in the UK *. The prices are quoted are for online credit and debit card orders only. For orders placed by phone, fax, post and other methods the prices and postage rates are shown in our main catalogue, which is available on request.

* Outside of the UK there is an additional postage charge of Ł1.00 for each CD and DVD ordered.

CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD ORDERS
Payment for online orders can can be made by credit or debit card using PayPal. The following cards are accepted Mastercard, Eurocard, Visa, Delta, Electron, Maestro, Switch and American Express.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT / FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event of your order being damaged in transit you must advise us within three days of receipt and do not return the goods without first contacting us. Please keep the packaging in which your order was sent, as the carriers may wish to inspect it. Faulty goods will be replaced but please contact us first to obtain returns authorisation. We will only refund return postage if authorisation has been previously obtained.
